The facility at Werneth High School was established in September 2001, and was built with the aid of Sport England Lottery Funding. It is constructed to FIH playing dimensions and standards, with a terraced coaching area and “state of the art” floodlighting for evening use. Changing, showering, and classroom facilities for coach education, are adjacent to the playing area. A raised spectator area runs along one side of the fully enclosed playing surface.
